Due to SourceOne’s extensive network of borrowers, ongoing demand continues to require additional investment funds. In an effort to service our borrowers, we are currently expanding our investor base.

SourceOne will work with you to provide first trust deed investment opportunities structured to meet your specific financial needs. We can tailor investment loan opportunities designed to meet your specific risk/return objectives and investment criteria, including liquidity needs. Potential investors should be able to invest a minimum of $100,000.

Investments can be made through either new loans or from our existing inventory of loans. All loans have full loan documentation and are secured by first trust deeds and insured by reputable title insurance companies.
