Karl M. Prisbrey — Mr. Prisbrey has over twenty years of experience running private capital-lending companies specializing in real estate-collateralized bridge loans. He is highly regarded with demonstrated success running businesses specializing in private-money loans to developers and real estate investors. Mr. Prisbrey’s experience spans single family, multi-family, development, construction, commercial, raw land and lots. His strong expertise in accounting and IT systems has greatly benefited SourceOne in the development of its fully integrated document preparation and accounting system. Mr. Prisbrey holds a BA from the University of Utah in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting from Brigham Young University. Mr. Prisbrey earned his CPA in 1985.

Robert E. Nash — Mr. Nash has over twenty-five years of experience in founding and building numerous successful businesses. In 2001, Mr. Nash began investing in private-money real estate bridge loans and subsequently co-founded SourceOne Financial with Mr. Prisbrey. He holds a BA from Brigham Young University in Accounting and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Finance and Marketing. Mr. Nash earned his CPA while working with Deloitte Haskins and Sells in 1982. He has also worked in the venture capital and financial planning/investment industries.

Jeremy S. Roylance — Mr. Roylance has over ten years of experience in the Utah mortgage lending and title industries. His diverse experience and knowledge gained in the conventional lending discipline is a great asset to the company. He has worked in several facets of the mortgage and real estate industries, including origination of conventional single family, multi-family, development, construction, commercial, land, and private-investor loans. Mr. Roylance also has extensive expertise in real estate title services including researching real estate chains of title and recording. Prior to SourceOne Financial, Mr. Roylance worked for Axiom Financial and U.S. Title of Utah.

Paul W. Nash — Mr. Nash has over four years of experience in the Utah mortgage lending and title industries. His first two years were spent working as a licensed title and escrow officer in Provo, Utah. His most recent experience has included loan origination for conventional single-family and private-money loans. Mr. Nash holds a BA from Brigham Young University in Corporate Finance. Prior to working for SourceOne Financial, Mr. Nash worked for Action Title Company and Sterling Capital.
